Quality doesn't just begin and end with the food however as the Host/Server response time and personable customer contact is highly important to ensure the type of quality that Famous Dave's aims for.
Time
Time is our next most important priority because quick timely service is essential to not only keep guest happy but to also increase turnaround time so more guest can be service thus increase revenues. To accomplish this guest should be sat and greeted quickly by the host, with their server quickly behind to take drink and food orders.The food itself should be prepared in a timely fashion so that hot dishes are still hot when they reach guest.
